Yuchai with mechanical injection and dry air filter

The 3.9 L four-cylinder Yuchai engine is turbocharged with mechanical injection, giving 73.5 kW at 2,400 rpm. The new dry air filter keeps the intake clean. According to the catalogue, the 170 L tank allows up to 12 hours of work without refuelling.

Transmission

The shuttle reverses direction in one move in any of the 12 gears. The dry twin-plate clutch with dampers handles higher torque, and the disc brakes dissipate heat quickly for smooth braking.
