The 40 hp class is the SPIKE TK 404 in two versions: with an air-conditioned cab or with an open operator station. Both have a four-cylinder YTO YND490T engine (29.4 kW), 4×4 drive with differential lock and an 8+8 shuttle transmission.
40 L/min hydraulics with three outlets, a three-point hitch with Euro hooks and a 540/1000 rpm PTO handle farm and municipal implements. A 4.5 m minimum turning radius helps in orchards, vineyards, greenhouses, gardens and yards. The cab version has air conditioning and weighs 1,850 kg in total.
